THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF DOMESTIC ABUSE VICTIMS AND HOMELESS PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF SHELTER, REHABILITATION AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY LESSONS TO AID IN INDEPENDENT LIVING.
