THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS LIVING WITH CANCER DIAGNOSES RESIDING THROUGH-OUT WINCHESTER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, BY MEANS OF BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY: (1) PROVIDING SUPPORT, COUNSELLING, COMPLEMENTARY CARE AND HOLISTIC THERAPIES TO PERSONS LIVING WITH CANCER DIAGNOSES; (2) RAISING AWARENESS AND PROVIDING INFORMATION, PRACTICAL ADVICE AND SIGNPOSTING TO THE PUBLIC AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO PER-SONS AFFECTED BY CANCER; AND (3) PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND MATERIALS TO PROFESSIONALS PROMOTING CANCER PREVENTION.
