Working in a wide range of underserved communities to address under representation, we use outdoor activities such as rock climbing, kayaking and mountain biking and environmental projects to engage children, young people, 'at risk' adults and families to support increased health, wellbeing, self-esteem, pro social skills, volunteering and leadership opportunities.
