TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, IN PARTICULAR FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF FOOTBALL, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN AYLESBURY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
