TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FOR THE RECREATION OF CHILDREN OF SCHOOL AGE BY MAKING THE FACILITIES AT TODDINGTON CHILDCARE AND FOREST SCHOOL AVAILABLE TO THEM DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.
