THE OBJECT OF THE CIO SHALL BE THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND & WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT, AND IN PARTICULAR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WISHES OF THE LATE MISS ANN HOWARD, AS EXPRESSED IN HER LAST WILL DATED 30 MARCH 2023 AS SET OUT IN THE ANNEX TO THIS CONSTITUTION
