Our purpose is to actively engage and support people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. The Scout Associations training programme, that all young members participate in, promotes the development of members, fostering growth in physical, intellectual, social and spiritual dimensions and therefore setting them up for their lives ahead.
