TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF COCKERMOUTH AND SURROUNDING AREAS THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO NEED SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE COMMUNITY OF COCKERMOUTH AND SURROUNDING AREAS, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A MULTI-PURPOSE, PUMP TRACK, SKATE PARK ALLOWING FOR AND NOT LIMITED TO BMX, SKATEBOARDING, CYCLING, ROLLER BLADING/SKATING, SCOOTERING, BALANCE BIKES AND WHEELCHAIR FACILITIES.
