FORMER SCHOOL PREMISES OF THE FOUNDATION TO BE USED AS A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE EDUCATION AND BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LLANEUGRAD AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, AND IN PARTICULAR FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF EDUCATION, RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
