THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO FURTHER SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE BY MAKING GRANTS TO CHARITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
