TO DIVIDE THE NET INCOME ARISING FROM THE RENT OF THE SEATHWAITE SCHOOL HOUSE ANUALLY ON THE 12TH OCTOBER, ONE HALF FOR THE MINISTER AND CHURCHWARDENS OF THE CHURCH AT SEATHWAITEFOR THE PURPOSES OF THAT CHURCH AND ONE HALF AMONG POOR INHABITANTS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SEATHWAITE.
