Charitable objects

4.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND INTERNATIONALLY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 4.1.1 ADVANCING EDUCATION IN THE CULTIVATION, APPRECIATION AND STUDY OF THE WORK OF ROBERTO BURLE MARX INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HIS WORK IN THE ART OF GARDEN CREATION, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, CONSERVATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. 4.1.2 ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SUBJECTS RELATING TO CONSERVATION, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND THE PROTECTION, ENHANCEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENTS, INCLUDING IN THE SIX BRAZILIAN TERRESTRIAL BIOMES AND ONE MARINE BIOME. 4.1.3 PROMOTING STUDY AND RESEARCH IN THE ABOVE SUBJECTS PROVIDING THAT THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH A STUDY ARE DISSEMINATED TO THE PUBLIC AT LARGE 4.1.4 PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY: A) AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR INSTITUTION OF HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION, IN THE FIELDS OF THE ARTS, LANDSCAPE GARDENING AND ARCHITECTURE, CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND/OR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. B) PROVIDING THEIR EDUCATION (INCLUDING THE STUDY OF THE ARTS, LANDSCAPE GARDENING AND ARCHITECTURE, CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND/OR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT), TO UNDERTAKE TRAVEL IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT EDUCATION OR TO PREPARE FOR ENTRY TO ANY OCCUPATION, TRADE OR PROFESSION ON LEAVING ANY EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. 4.2 TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT. 4.3 TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY: 4.3.1 THE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION AND THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE PRUDENT USE OF RESOURCES; 4.3.2 THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE IN SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES; 4.3.3 THE PROMOTION OF SUSTAINABLE MEANS OF ACHIEVING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND REGENERATION.
