TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 16 AND 24 YEARS, IN THE ARTS, PARTICULARLY THEATRE ARTS, BY THE PROVISION OF: WORKSHOPS IN THEATRE TECHNIQUES INCLUDING ACTING, SINGING AND DANCING, OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN OTHER AREAS OF THE THEATRE INCLUDING WORKING BACKSTAGE, LIGHTING, SOUND AND PRODUCTION DESIGN, OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN PERFORMANCES, AS A MEANS OF ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
