FUND SPECIALIST TREATMENT FROM REHABILITATION CENTRES, SUPPORT PROGRAMMES AND COUNSELLING PROVIDED BY PROFESSIONALS IN THE FIELD TO HELP THE BENEFICIARIES TO RECLAIM THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND RECEIVE THE NECESSARY SUPPORT AND RESOURCES FOR REHABILITATION AND RECOVERY; AND B. PROVIDE EQUIPMENT TO ASSIST THE BENEFICIARIES.
