THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR, THE PROMOTION OF THE HISTORY AND HERITAGE OF THE BIRLEY SPA BATH HOUSE AND THE PROMOTION OF VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE BUILDING.
