Charitable objects
(1) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEED, WHO ARE EXPERIENCING OR AT RISK OF EXPERIENCING POOR EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL HEALTH, AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR, BY: • PROVIDING CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH PROGRESSIVE NATURE-BASED EDUCATION AND LEARNING, MENTORING, COUNSELLING AND OTHER SERVICES. • ADVOCATING ON BEHALF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEED, FACILITATING A COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT, AND ENSURING THEIR VOICES ARE HEARD AND THEIR RIGHTS ARE RESPECTED. • SUPPORTING FAMILIES, HELPING THEM UNDERSTAND AND RESPOND TO THE CHALLENGES FACED BY THEIR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE. • EDUCATION OF THE WIDER PUBLIC AND PROFESSIONALS, RAISING THEIR AWARENESS TO EFFECTIVELY MEET THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTIES WITH THEIR EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL HEALTH. (2) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE GENERALLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF PROGRESSIVE NATURE-BASED EDUCATION AND LEARNING.
