THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS LIVING IN THE UK (BETWEEN THE AGES OF 2 YEARS AND 12 YEARS) WITH ADDITIONAL LEARNING NEEDS RELATING TO DIAGNOSED AND UNDIAGNOSED CHALLENGING BEHAVIOUR, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER (ASD) BY THE PROVISION OF DIAGNOSTIC AND POST DIAGNOSTIC SUPPORT, FUNDING AND EQUIPMENT.
