THE OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE, AND ADULTS FACING SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, AND MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES, TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH BY PROVIDING INNOVATIVE AND IMPACTFUL PROGRAMS THAT UTILIZE THE POSITIVE POWER OF HUMAN-ANIMAL INTERACTION. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE TRACKS CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
