THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 1) TO ADVANCE HEALTH BY ESTABLISHING, OPERATING, AND MAINTAINING A CHARITABLE HOSPITAL THAT PROVIDES ACCESSIBLE, HIGH-QUALITY MEDICAL CARE AND TREATMENT TO THE LESS PRIVILEGED POPULATIONS, IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS, IN DISTRICT BARAMULLA AREA OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR, INDIA, ENSURING THAT SUCH SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY. 2) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY SUPPORTING, DEVELOPING, AND IMPLEMENTING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND INITIATIVES AIMED AT THE LESS PRIVILEGED COMMUNITIES IN DISTRICT BARAMULLA AREA OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR, INDIA. THIS INCLUDES PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, AND ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION FACILITIES, WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF EMPOWERING INDIVIDUALS THROUGH LEARNING AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, THEREBY ENABLING THEM TO IMPROVE THEIR LIFE CONDITIONS AND CONTRIBUTE POSITIVELY TO SOCIETY. THESE PURPOSES ARE TO BE FULFILLED WHILE ENSURING THAT ALL ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF EQUALITY, INCLUSIVITY, AND NON-DISCRIMINATION, PROMOTING THE VALUES OF COMPASSION, COMMUNITY SERVICE, AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
