THE DESIGNATED PROPERTY TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BYE-LAWS FOR THE TIME BEING EXISTING IN RELATION TO THE RECREATION OR PLEASURE GROUND (MINER'S INSTITUTE) OR OTHER BUILDINGS TO BE ESTABLISHED UPON THE DESCRIBED PROPERTY FOR THE USE THEREOF BY THE PUBLIC FOR THE PURPOSES OF EXERCISE AND TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE OPEN SPACES ACT 1906 AND/OR FOR THE SOCIAL AND RECREATION OF THE WORKERS IN AND AROUND THE COAL MINES IN THE DISTRICT IN WHICH THE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS SITUATED.
