To meet the needs of young people age 3-18 in Pembrokeshire to promote their personal and social development and advancement in life through the provision of financial support. To help young people to develop their skills, capacities and capabilities in the fields of the creative arts, culture, sports, adventure, science and languages. Enabling them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals.
