THE PROMOTION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PARTICIPATION IN AMATEUR SPORT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY GIRLS, I) BY CHAMPIONING EQUALITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN SPORT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY ADDRESSING BARRIERS TO PARTICIPATION IN SPORT AND ENCOURAGING EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN SPORT REGARDLESS OF RACE, ETHNICITY, RELIGION AND/OR SOCIO-ECONOMIC BACKGROUND; II) BY WORKING WITH ORGANISATIONS IN THE COMMUNITY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES, CHARITIES, NATIONAL GOVERNING BODIES AND/OR SPORTS CLUBS, TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO ACCESS SPORT AND PATHWAYS FOR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN SPORT; III) BY ADVANCING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE BENEFITS OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELLBEING DERIVED THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN SPORT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY DELIVERING COACHING, TRAINING, TALKS, WORKSHOPS, DISCUSSION GROUPS AND/OR MENTORING; AND/OR IV) BY ENGAGING INSPIRATIONAL, SPORTING ROLE MODELS TO DELIVER COACHING, TRAINING, TALKS, WORKSHOPS, DISCUSSION GROUPS AND/OR MENTORING.
