TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE (AGED 5 – 25) WHO HAVE AN AUTISM SPECTRUM CONDITION AND/OR ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER (ADHD) AND OTHER NEURODIVERGENT DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, SIGNPOSTING, SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.
