Charitable objects
(A) TO PROMOTE THE BENFIT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND MEMBERS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID/OVER MEMBERS; (B) TO ESTABLISH AND SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TENANTS HALL AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE, OR TO CO-OPERATE WITH ANY LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A HALL FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE ASSOCIATON IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
