TO FOSTER THE MENTAL, MORAL AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN BY PROMOTING AND ENCOURAGING ATHLETIC ACTIVITIES., AND TO HELP SUCH CHARITIES AS THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE SHALL DECIDE FROM TIME TO TIME.
