AWARDING GRANTS TO REGISTERED CHARITIES, COMMUNITY GROUPS AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS THAT FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE III. PROVIDING MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
