Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE IN ENGLAND WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN, RELIGION, BELIEF OR CREED (IN PARTICULAR, MEMBERS OF THE EASTERN SUDAN COMMUNITY) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BY: A/ INCREASING OR CO-ORDINATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE EASTERN SUDAN COMMUNITY TO ENGAGE WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS, TO ENABLE THOSE PROVIDERS TO ADAPT SERVICES TO BETTER MEET THE NEEDS OF THAT COMMUNITY. B/ TO FACILITATE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES AIMED AT TEACHING THE BEJA LANGUAGE, HISTORY AND HERITAGE TO MEMBERS AND THEIR CHILDREN, BRIDGING GENERATIONAL GAPS AND PREVENTING THE EXTINCTION OF ANCIENT AFRO-ASIATIC LANGUAGES THROUGH DOCUMENTATION AND COLLABORATION WITH OTHER CULTURAL GROUPS. C/ PROMOTING EDUCATIONAL, TRAINING, SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL EVENTS INVOLVING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. D/ BUILDING PEOPLE’S KNOWLEDGE AND CONFIDENCE IN THEIR OWN CULTURAL HERITAGE AND ITS POTENTIAL CONTRIBUTION TO A MULTI-CULTURAL SOCIETY.
