THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES AND/OR PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENTS AND/OR MENTAL ILL HEALTH, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THURROCK, ESSEX AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID PERSONS.
