FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS DOMESTIC AND STRAY CATS, BY PROVIDING THE APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION AND TREATMENT FOR SUCH ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF ABANDONMENT, MALTREATMENT OR POOR CIRCUMSTANCES, AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE CARE AND WELFARE OF SUCH ANIMALS.
