THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN IN POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO CHARITIES/ORGANISATIONS PROVIDING RESPITE BREAKS, HOLIDAYS AND OTHER OPPORTUNITIES TO SUCH CHILDREN WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE A HOLIDAY OR SUCH OPPORTUNITIES.
