Charity overview
Activities - how the charity spends its money
The Leonberger Genetic (LeoGen) Diversity Project aims to achieve increased diversity in the breed through a sequence of careful outcrossing, rotational crossing between participating breeder teams, and back crossing again to strong typical Leonberger lines. Out-crossing, or out-breeding, is the technique of breeding one breed with another breed to bring in something new from the other breed.
