THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN KENYA BY MEANS OF BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY: A) THE PROVISION OF GRANT FUNDING TO CHARITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS PROVIDING EDUCATION, ACCOMMODATION, FOOD, CLOTHING AND HEALTHCARE TO CHILDREN IN KENYA; B) THE PROVISION OF ESSENTIAL ITEMS AND SERVICES TO CHILDREN IN KENYA WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; C) THE CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS.
