4.1 THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO: 4.1.1 ADVANCE MUSICAL EDUCATION AMONG MUSICIANS AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC; 4.1.2 RELIEVE POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG MUSICIANS; 4.1.3 PROMOTE THE MENTAL HEALTH OF MUSICIANS AND THOSE WHO WORK (OR HAVE WORKED) IN SUPPORTING ROLES ACROSS THE BREADTH OF THE MUSIC INDUSTRY; AND 4.1.4 ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
