TO PROMOTE THE REHABILITATION OF PRISONERS AND REDUCE THE RATE OF REOFFENDING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING FAITH-BASED LIFE SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAMMES, MENTORING AND COUNSELLING, AND BY ACTING AS A RESOURCE FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS UPON RELEASE FROM THEIR PRISON TERMS.
