5TO ENCOURAGE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. TO PROVIDE THE APPORTUNITY FOR ALL THOSE INTERESTED IN RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO COME TOGETHER IN COMMITTEE TO FURTHER THESE AIMS AND OBJECTS.
