THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:- 3.1 THE RELIEF TO THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO FOCUS ON THOSE WHO ARE IN CARE OR LEAVING CARE IN WALES BY PROVIDING SUCH ESSENTIAL ITEMS / SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE.
