TO ORGANISE PUBLIC CELEBRATIONS OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS SUCH AS EASTER AND CHRISTMAS, PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE COMMUNITY TO COME TOGETHER IN WORSHIP AND CELEBRATION.
