1 THE ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE AND HELP OF YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 BY PROVIDING THEM WITH ADVICE AND SUPPORT REGARDING CAREERS, PARTICULARLY CAREERS IN THE CHARITY, VOLUNTARY AND NOT FOR PROFIT SECTOR; 2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SUBJECTS RELATING TO WORKING IN THE CHARITY, VOLUNTARY AND NOT FOR PROFIT SECTOR, INCLUDING TRAINING FOR THOSE IN THE SECTOR TO IMPROVE THE IMPACT AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SECTOR AND THE ORGANISATIONS WHICH COMPRISE IT; 3 THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY THROUGH UNDERTAKING AND SUPPORTING RESEARCH INTO FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO POVERTY AND THE MOST APPROPRIATE WAY TO MITIGATE THESE AND DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL PRODUCTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
