TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC, IN PARTICULAR BRASS BAND MUSIC THROUGH:
A) PRESENTING CONCERTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES TO WHICH MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC SHALL HAVE ACCESS:
B) PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THOSE PERSONS WISHING TO LEARN TO PLAY A BRASS BAND INSTRUMENT.
