THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AMONG CHILDREN AGED BETWEEN 0-16 YEARS UNDERGOING TREATMENT FOR AN ONGOING, LONG-TERM MEDICAL CONDITION/ILLNESS BY GRANTING WISHES AND PROVIDING SPECIAL EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES TO SUCH PEOPLE WHO ARE PATIENTS AT, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, GREAT ORMOND STREET HOSPITAL. FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM PAEDIATRIC CARDIOMYOPATHY DISEASES IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT (BOTH MEDICAL AND NON-MEDICAL) TO IMPROVE THE PATIENT EXPERIENCE FOR THOSE BEING TREATED FOR RARE PAEDIATRIC CARDIOMYOPATHY DISEASES AT THE CLINIC STAY IN HOSPITAL.
