A GRANT MAKING ORGANISATION WITH THE SOLE OBJECT TO ADVANCE GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND, WALES & SCOTLAND) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
