Charitable objects
3.1 TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC AND TO RELIEVE THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF ILL-HEALTH OR DISABILITY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TO RELIEVE PEOPLE AFFECTED BY LONG-TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) FOSTERING AND ENCOURAGING CO-OPERATION BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS, PUBLIC BODIES CONNECTED WITH HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE AND/OR ORGANISATIONS CONNECTED WITH HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE IN A COMMON EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE CARE, TREATMENT AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT OF SERVICE USERS AND TO PROMOTE SERVICES WHICH ARE PERSONALISED TO THE NEEDS OF SERVICE USERS; AND B) PROMOTING RESEARCH INTO THE BENEFITS OF PERSONALISED APPROACHES TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE TREATMENT OF PEOPLE AFFECTED BY ILL-HEALTH, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PEOPLE AFFECTED BY LONG-TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS, AND DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. 3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECTS OF PERSONALISED HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE, INCLUDING THE CAUSES, EFFECTS AND MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH CONDITIONS
