THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES WHO LIVE IN YORK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, BY THE PROVISION OF SUITABLE AND ACCESSIBLE CARE DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND AFTER SCHOOL.
