TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE NEEDS OF YOUNG WOMEN AND GIRLS WHO HAVE BEEN ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY CRIMINAL EXPLOITATION AND VIOLENCE ASSOCIATED WITH GANGS AND COUNTY LINES THROUGH EXPOSURE TO VIOLENCE, CRIME, SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OR OTHERWISE, IN PARTICULAR BY: (A) PROVIDING SUCH YOUNG WOMEN WITH ONE-TO-ONE AND CONTEXTUAL SAFEGUARDING SERVICES, WHICH INCREASE SAFETY, SKILLS, SELF-ADVOCACY AND AGENCY; (B) PROVIDING TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY TO PROFESSIONALS WHO SUPPORT SUCH YOUNG WOMEN; (C) SUPPORTING YOUNG WOMEN TO BRING ABOUT THE CHANGES THEY WANT IN THEIR LIVES AND TO INFLUENCE POLICY AND PRACTICE WHICH AFFECTS THEM.
