FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY BY INCREASING THE REPRESENTATION OF WOMEN IN THE TECHNOLOGY SECTOR IN THE UK AND IRAQ, INCLUDING ? BUT NOT LIMITED TO ? BY: 2.1 PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL MENTORSHIPS FOR BENEFICIARIES TO INCREASE THEIR EMPLOYABILITY. 2.2 COLLABORATING WITH TECH COMPANIES TO CREATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS, FACILITATE JOB PLACEMENTS, AND PROVIDE CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR BENEFICIARIES.
