Charitable objects
(1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR USE BY THE RESIDENTS OF STOCK IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR: (A) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES; AND (B) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS. (2) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS CONSTITUTION MUST BE RETAINED BY THE CIO FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO.
