THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO (OBJECTS) ARE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO PROVIDE A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CIVIL PARISH OF WEST MEON (IN THE COUNTY OF HAMPSHIRE) AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) FOR USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
