TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION ACCORDING TO THE TENETS OF ISLAM FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING EDUCATION INCLUDING ISLAMIC STUDIES, QURANIC RECITATION, AND THE ARABIC LANGUAGE, PROVIDING WORKSHOPS ON TOPICS SUCH AS ISLAMIC HISTORY, AND CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY, ESTABLISHING A MOSQUE AND MUSLIM BURIAL GROUND, AND PROVIDING GRANTS TO MEMBERS OF THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY, TO ENABLE THEM TO OBSERVE ISLAMIC PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES RELATING TO THE BURIAL OF THE DECEASED, WHERE THEY MAY OTHERWISE LACK THE MEANS TO DO SO.
