We are a brass band based in Tilbury and have been in existance for over 100 years. We welcome anyone that has a reasonable standard of playing to come and make music with us. We currently do not have the ability to provide tuition.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ART OF BRASS BAND MUSIC, BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNING, INSTRUCTION, AND PERFORMANCE. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
