THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PROMOTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (AS SET OUT IN INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND SUBSEQUENT UNITED NATIONS CONVENTIONS AND DECLARATIONS), BOTH DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY, BY ALL AND ANY MEANS WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE, IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, THROUGH: (A) RESEARCH AND DISSEMINATION OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT; (B) EDUCATING THE PUBLIC IN RELATION TO HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES; (C) CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS LAW; AND (D) RAISING AWARENESS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES.
